Over the past year or so, with the various lockdowns we have endured, we have caught up with loads of friends via FaceTime, Whatsapp, Teams, and more. We have caught up with more people who live interstate than we normally would! These catchups have often involved a glass of wine or two, with something to snack on.
This was very easy to make. I bought some pumpernickel and smoked salmon and the rest was stuff I found in the fridge.
- smoked salmon or trout
- sour cream, or creme fraiche
- red onion
- yuzu kosho
- There’s not much to say here, just assemble whatever you have on the pumpernickel. I think they were delicious, but I would have probably like a slice of chilli, or something salty on it. The yuzu kosho was delicious, but it kind of got a little lost.
